The BT Panorama mobile app offers seamless access for advisers and investors to manage their accounts while on the move.

Authentication is quick and secure through various methods, including Face ID, a 4-digit passcode, or fingerprint technology. Alternatively, users can log in using their Panorama username and password.

For BT Panorama advisers:

• Access a comprehensive dashboard summarizing total funds under administration, active accounts, net flows, and associated fees.
• Search client accounts and review the information available to clients, including total portfolio balance and performance metrics.
• Examine market information related to shares and managed funds in client portfolios to obtain insights on current prices, asset performance, ESG factors, and other key details.
• Execute buy and sell orders for term deposits, managed funds, managed portfolios, and listed securities where applicable.
• Review client cash account summaries and process payments to existing accounts with appropriate authorization.
• Stay updated by viewing messages, status of service requests, product news, and receiving alert notifications.
• Engage with Ask Blue, BT’s virtual assistant, or connect with a consultant for assistance.

For BT Panorama investors:

• Access your account anywhere with features that allow you to view total portfolio balance and performance broken down by investment type.
• Dive deeper into market insights for shares and managed funds within your portfolio for quick access to the latest market data.
• Facilitate payments, deposits, and transaction scheduling while adding payee and BPAY® accounts.
• Trade a variety of investment types and monitor the progress of orders where authorized.
• Utilize filters to examine transaction history and relevant details.
• Edit personal details when authorized to do so.
• Access messages, forms, consent requests, alert notifications, and the My Benefits portal as needed.
• Download statements and disclosure documents for your records.
• Utilize Ask Blue or chat with a consultant for support.
